What happens if I order items with banned ingredients?

We conduct regular reviews of our products and monitor EU/UK regulations to try to keep the products we sell suitable for sale and avoid prohibited items in said markets. Our suppliers also actively monitor regulations and inform us of changes to laws that make certain products unsuitable for sale in the market.

When we identify such affected products, we will remove them from our site as soon as possible.

If your order contains an item that has banned ingredients, then these items will be cancelled and credited back to your wholesale account at the earliest opportunity.

However please note as the importer it is your responsibility to check your home country markets. Any goods sent to you to your market unchecked is your responsibility. Unsellable items in the destination country is not the responsibility of Baifumei Group as per our terms of service and will not be refunded.
